You only pay once you're supporting more than two participants on Aura — the point where the platform is clearly earning its keep. Are there any setup fees, contracts, or commitments?
No. Start free, use it, grow when you do. No setup fee, no lock-in, cancel any time. Annual prepay gets you two months free; monthly is no-commitment. Migration is free, always.
What happens when I grow past two participants?
Aura's free tier covers your first two participants — the full app, no time limit. Add a third and you move to the first paid band ($290/mo for 3–10 participants). Nothing locks, nothing breaks, and your data and migration are already done. Compass, Pilot and Scrive stay free regardless.
Do you charge per worker, per house, or per shift?
No. Aura is banded by the number of participants you support (1–2 free, then 3–10, 11–30, 31–60, 60+) — a simple band, not a per-participant or per-shift meter. Add a worker or a house and the price doesn't change.
What's "Connect" and how does pricing relate?
Connect is the layer that lets the four apps share data about the same participant — with the family in control of consent. Connect is part of every tier, free; it's how your whole care team works as one.
Are NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission audit features free?
Yes — audit-ready on free is the rule, not a teaser. The six-pillar score, incident management and the complete 60-second evidence pack are all on the free tier (packs are Clearline-branded). Above two participants, the paid bands add your logo and ABN on the documents and the claims and billing layer — the professional conveniences, not the compliance.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes — annual prepay is pay 10 months, get 12 (two months free) on any paid band.
What about families with multiple participants?
Compass supports multiple participants on a single family account. Free, always.
Do you support NDIS plan managers, advocates, or other roles?

Can I move up or down a band later?
Yes, any time — the band simply follows the number of participants you support. There's nothing to upgrade or cancel; it tracks your caseload.
