The pricing model we're not building.

Most NDIS software starts at $400–$1,500 per month for the provider, with the support coordinator and family bearing costs indirectly through reduced participant care hours. That's the model we're not building.

Free tiers are designed to be useful, not a teaser. Solo operators, solo support coordinators, and every family — full functionality, forever. Paid tiers exist for businesses that need scale, automation, and the cross-product connectivity that makes Clearline a platform rather than four apps.

Are there any setup fees, contracts, or commitments?

No. Sign up, use it. Cancel any time. Annual billing offers 2 months free; monthly billing is no-commitment.

What happens if I exceed my free tier limit?

You're prompted to upgrade. Existing data stays accessible during the upgrade decision. We never delete data without your explicit action.

Do you charge per participant or per shift?

No. Tier prices include the participant and operational allowances listed on each card. No metered usage fees.

What's "Connect" and how does pricing relate?

Connect is the layer that lets the four apps share data about the same participant — with the family in control of consent. Connect itself is free for all tiers; what's gated to paid tiers is the cross-product data flows (e.g. Pilot pulling Aura shift data for plan reviews).

Are NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission audit features free?

Basic compliance dashboard and incident logging are free in Aura. Advanced features — real-time audit-readiness score, NDIS Commission export, share-for-audit links — are in Aura Pro and above. We think serious compliance work deserves serious tooling.

Is there an annual discount?

Yes — annual billing is roughly 17% off monthly, equivalent to two months free.

First 100 paying customers per product get 3 months free, then standard rate. After 3 months, the standard tier price applies.

What about families with multiple participants?

Compass supports multiple participants on a single family account. Free, always.

Do you support NDIS plan managers, advocates, or other roles?

Not specifically yet — those roles may emerge as separate products in the future. If you're a plan manager or advocate and want to discuss your needs, email hello@clearlinehealth.com.au.

Can I switch tiers later?

Yes, any time. Upgrade takes effect immediately. Downgrade takes effect at the next billing cycle.
