For families

Your NDIS plan, in one place. Free forever.

Compass is the family-side app of Clearline Health. Appointments, goals, receipts, provider history — without the spreadsheet pile.

Plan in plain English

Your NDIS plan summarised line by line in language a parent or carer can read on the school run. Goal areas, budget pools, review dates — all surfaced as cards, not jargon.

Appointments with your providers

One calendar for every practitioner you see. When your provider runs Aura OS, appointments sync both directions — change time, change practitioner, you both see it the same minute.

Receipt and invoice history

Every receipt, every plan-manager invoice, in one place. No more inbox archaeology before a plan review meeting. Export the lot as a single PDF for the LAC.

Your data stays on your device until you decide to share it.

Even then, every exchange needs your confirmation. No silent sharing. No analytics on your child's plan. No advertising network in the background.

Compass is free, forever. Funded by the providers who use Aura OS. Clearline's paid customers subsidise every family on the platform.

Compass is in waitlist

Leave your email and we'll tell you when it's open.

Inviting families through in small batches as we ship. No marketing — one email when your invite is ready.

Questions

Compass, plainly.

When will Compass launch?

Compass is currently in private waitlist. We're inviting families through in small batches as we ship. Leave your email above and we'll let you know when your invite is ready.

Does it work without my provider?

Yes. Compass works as a standalone family app — your plan, your appointments, your receipts. Connecting to a provider running Aura OS unlocks shared appointments and live updates, but Compass on its own still does the job.

Is there really no catch?

Compass is free for the family, forever. Funded by the providers who use Aura OS. Clearline's paid customers subsidise every family on the platform — that's how the model works.
