Hi, I’m Richard. I built Aura OS because spreadsheets stopped working.

I talk to SIL operators every day. Most of them are running mid-sized houses on a Frankenstein stack — Google Drive folders, Excel rosters, WhatsApp threads, a binder of policies that hasn’t been reviewed since 2022, and a constant low-grade fear that audit day will catch them out.

Every feature in Aura OS started as a question from one of those operators. Is it really free?

Yes. Aura is free for your first two participants — the full app, no time limit, no credit card, no "we'll just take your details for verification". You only pay once you grow past two participants, and even then it's a simple band, never a per-user fee.

What's the catch?

There isn't one. Free for your first two participants, audit-ready on free. Add a third participant and you move to the first simple band — add 3 workers or 30, the band doesn't change. No per-user fees, no setup costs, no surprise quarterly increases.

Where is my data stored?

Sydney. Database in an AWS Sydney region, files in Cloudflare R2 APAC — your customer data is stored and processed in Australia. We use a few US sub-processors for narrow jobs (error reporting, payments, and AI features); each scope is named in our privacy policy.

Do I need to be a registered NDIS provider already?

No. Aura OS works whether you're already registered, mid-application, or planning to register before the 1 July 2026 deadline. The 35 policy templates cover every outcome of the 2025 NDIS Practice Standards Core Module the NQSC Applicant Portal asks SIL providers about — plus HIDPA medication management, NDIS Code of Conduct, the worker-conduct policies a complete SIL ISMS needs, and Child Protection (Child Safe Standards) for any participant under 18 — and the audit evidence pack is exactly what registration auditors ask for.

Can I export my data if I leave?

Yes. CSV exports of all your data, any time, no questions. Your data is your data.

What if Aura OS isn't right for us?
