The most common flow. Families see what the provider confirms, the moment it's confirmed.

Draft reports and assessments land in the provider's messages feed as a signed link.

  • OT finishes a draft FCA in Scrive.
  • Sends to the SIL provider via their shared Connect ID.
  • House manager opens the PDF inside Aura OS messages.
