Aura OS turns daily shifts, incidents, restrictive practices, and worker compliance into NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission evidence on demand. Built for the 1 July 2026 audit cycle by Clearline Health.
Pick a participant, pick a date, pick a Practice Standard — Aura assembles a 7-section evidence pack you can hand to an auditor. PolicyDesk has 35 NQSC 2025-aligned templates ready to go.
Shift scheduling with worker compliance gates. Real-time incident logging with restrictive-practice flags. Medication Administration Records with Webster pack OCR. All in one place.
Share plan dates and evidence with families on Compass and Support Coordinators on Pilot. The family controls who sees what — pause, restrict, or revoke at any time.

One place to write what happened. Entries attach to the right shift automatically, and the next worker's shift brief pulls a live AI summary from them — you still file your own handover at sign-off.
35 NDIS-aligned policy templates covering all 22 outcomes of the 2025 Core Module + the Behaviour Support and HIDPA supplementary modules + standalone Code of Conduct, Bullying & Harassment, Conflict of Interest, Drug & Alcohol, Whistleblower and Document Control policies + Child Protection (Child Safe Standards) for any participant under 18, plus a customisable participant Service Agreement template. Customise your branding below and download personalised PDFs. The "SIL blocker" pills mark the outcomes the NQSC most often rejects SIL applications on without strong written evidence.
Add your organisation details and logo. These will appear on every policy you download.
For an auditor walk-up: pick a participant, pick a day, optionally narrow to one Practice Standard. We pull every shift, note, incident, handover, supervision record, worker screening status (as-of that date), and policy in effect.
One-click PDF snapshot of your six-pillar compliance score for the 1 July 2026 SIL audit. Includes worker register, policy reviews, incidents and restrictive-practice register. Free on every plan · new data reflected within seconds.

Estimated under- and over-claims from reconciling delivered support against what's been claimed. Advisory only — every dollar figure is an estimate. Review and verify against PACE before you claim or adjust. Clearline never claims on your behalf.
Check your draft (un-batched) claims for a period against the NDIS price guide, the participant's funded plan, and PACE rules — before you submit, to catch the classes PACE auto-rejects. Advisory: "review" items are ones the checker can't judge — a human must confirm them. Verify before you claim.
PDF of everything done for one participant in a chosen window — shifts, incidents, medications administered, and progress notes. Useful for family handovers, plan reviews, or auditor file requests.

Totals shifts, hours, and kilometres per worker over a date range. Useful for fortnightly payroll runs, reconciling timesheets, or spotting under/over-hours before sign-off. Bulk-entered shifts are flagged so you can sanity-check them before paying.

Shift-pattern rule breaches from the scan: min rest 10h, max single shift 12h, max fortnight 76h. Acknowledge with a note when the breach is real but handled (e.g. employee signed variation). Acks are visible here only — for an audit-trail the acknowledgement also needs a formal policy on file.

Every feature is included.
Solo mode hides team-management UI and pre-fills your own worker record. Switching team → solo only works when you have exactly one worker (you).
Switch to worker view when you’re about to cover a shift. Roster moves to the top, admin modules hide. The flag clears when you close the tab or sign out. Your actual permissions don’t change — this only affects what you see.
Invite support workers to the app and choose which participants they can see. Workers only see their assigned participants — no billing, reports, or admin screens.
Families, Support Coordinators and OT practices — one list. Share your Connect code, or add a connection by email.
